Als trainee ben je voor een bepaalde periode werkzaam op verschillende afdelingen, waardoor je de organisatie snel goed leert kennen. Daarbij ontdek je ook waar je talenten liggen en waar je het meeste werkplezier uit haalt. Dit varieert van het maken van begrotingen tot het voorbereiden van projecten, werkzaamheden in de productie, engineering of projectleiding. We zorgen voor goede begeleiding en opleiding.
