About the role
De IT-afdeling van Den Hartogh (25 collega's) werkt als één team aan de groei en doelstellingen van ons familiebedrijf, verdeeld over clusters als IT Operations, Architecture & Security en Data Integration & Analytics. Als Data Engineer binnen dat laatste cluster help je de business proactief bij het behalen van haar zakelijke en financiële doelen, met data in de breedste zin van het woord.
Via applicaties, dashboarding en ad-hocanalyses moderniseer je ons datalandschap, en er is volop ruimte om te innoveren met predictive & generative AI, Data Science en Process Automation (RPA) . Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamlead Data Integration & Analytics.
Wat ga je doen?
• Je slaat de brug tussen organisatie en processen enerzijds en techniek anderzijds;
• Als sparringpartner voor de business til je de managementinformatie naar een hoger niveau, in innovatieve en complexe dataprojecten;
• Je onderhoudt en breidt onze data pipelines in SQL uit en bouwt een semantisch model ;
• Je voert ad-hocanalyses uit met SQL (en R) en stimuleert continue verbetering via data- en procesanalyse;
• Je werkt nauw samen met data professionals om de bruikbaarheid van interne en externe data te verbeteren.
