You are expected to use consultative selling skills along with a strong understanding of the data centre and technology industries to discover opportunities and achieve quota attainment in the enterprise/wholesale co-location segment. You will be able to demonstrate consistent historic success in developing new client relationships by meeting or exceeding sales targets in the sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth listed real estate and infrastructure organization with significant earnings potential.

• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and contract execution.
• Coordinate internal resources (sales engineer, marketing) to deliver tailored commercial and technical solutions.
• Act as a market expert, representing Goodman at industry events and customer engagements
Do you recognize yourself?
• Minimum of 10 years of proven success in a consultative selling area, ideally engaging with C-level executives in the IT Services/data centre/telco/network environment.
• Familiarity with Iberian and Mediterranean marketplace, companies and community.
• Strong network of partners relationships.
• A track record of closing sales of Data Centre / Co-Location solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations and project management.
• Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English, and Spanish (other languages are an asset).
• Excellent written, numerical and communication capabilities.
• Energy, enthusiasm and strong self-motivational skills.
