Key Responsibilities The role will initially be based in Amsterdam , with opportunities to become involved in projects across Belgium as well. Do you recognize yourself? • A university degree. • A technical background (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction • Engineering, Architecture, or similar) is an advantage. • A strong interest in real estate and property development. • An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to make things happen. • Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex challenges. • A positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude. • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. • Willingness to work from our office in Amsterdam and occasionally travel to Belgium.
