ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for Network Operations Engineers to provide 24x7 oversight and response to service impacts to our AI/ML infrastructure. The successful candidate combines proven experience in high-stakes 24x7 environments, demonstrated technical aptitude in learning new systems and procedures quickly, and excellent customer-facing skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactive Monitoring, Customer Case Triage, and Incident Management Support • Provide low-latency, context-aware direct customer support to ensure Highrise customers get the most from our infrastructure. • Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments. • Help drive customer-driven workflow by aiding in the triage of inbound cases. • Provide timely updates on incidents, and escalation when necessary. Documentation, Enablement, and Collaboration • Create and maintain clear documentation, standards, and runbooks for your focus area. • Aid SRE in fleet management including firmware and configuration upgrades and orchestration of planned maintenance. • Bring the voice of the customer to product and platform teams to ensure we deliver the services and features they need. ABOUT YOU Education and Experience • College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience. • 2 years or more experience with directly supporting customers using network and/or compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments.
