About the role
Want to join a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer?
👋 About us
Skin Analytics is an award-winning, health tech company that deploys world-leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device, DERM.
Following our recent £15M series B funding, regulatory milestones hit, and doubling from 50 to 100 headcount in 2025, we're ready to scale further internationally, making history for AI in healthcare and the future of dermatology.
We're proud to epitomise AI for good - with a Class III CE mark, DERM is the only AI as a medical device approved to make clinical decisions autonomously in the cancer space, as well as being the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS.*
DERM is deployed at more than 28 NHS organisations where we enable patients to gain significantly quicker access to skin cancer diagnosis. If that's not enough, we also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes.
We are a team of passionate people on a mission to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.
Role
This position is a 12 month maternity cover. You will join a high-performing marketing team working cross-functionally to drive brand presence and deliver the event strategy for 2027. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will own our events and outbound activity across the UK, Ireland and European markets (covering the NHS, Private Hospitals and Private Medical Insurers).
This is a versatile, high-impact role spanning strategic planning, hands-on event execution, full lead-lifecycle management via HubSpot, plus agency management.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand integration: Integrate and launch our brand’s new creative style across all event touchpoints.
• Strategic Ownership: Lead and execute the end-to-end events strategy across UK, Ireland and international markets, spanning external industry conferences, partner events, webinars and in-house roundtables.

• End-to-End Logistics & Operations: Oversee all event operations, merchandise, shipping, couriers and on-site setup. Partner with our new fulfilment agency to streamline supply chain and logistics execution.
• Content & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, commercial leads and senior industry stakeholders to produce compelling speaker briefs, presentation content and messaging that resonates with key audiences (working closely with the Marketing Manager)
• HubSpot & Lead Lifecycle: Drive lead generation, capture and segment routing using HubSpot. Ensure clean data transfer, pass sales-ready leads to the Commercial team and build nurturing workflows for longer-term pipeline.
• Integrated Outbound Campaigns: Execute multi-touch outbound and email campaigns alongside events to drive registration, pre-event buzz and post-event momentum.
• ROI & Analytics: Track, measure and report on campaign and event performance using HubSpot and analytics tools. Continually optimise conversion metrics, cost-per-lead and pipeline impact.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with event organisers, vendors and partners while maintaining strict ownership of the agreed event budgets.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Events & Outbound Expertise: Proven track record in an events and outbound marketing role, ideally within regulated B2B health tech, MedTech, digital health or the NHS ecosystem.
