US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Carrot is looking for a Nutrition Expert (Registered Dietitian) to join our Medical Experts team as a clinical resource for members navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and broader reproductive health. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-informed, individualized nutrition guidance through one-on-one member sessions, helping people make confident, informed choices at some of the most important moments of their lives.
Day to day, you’ll meet with members by chat and video to talk through their questions, goals, and medical context, then offer clear, practical options they can take back to their own care teams. You’ll also contribute your expertise to internal training and quality initiatives so that nutrition support at Carrot stays accurate, safe, and consistent as our membership grows.
This is a chance to bring your dietetics expertise into a fast-growing digital health environment, working alongside physicians, nurses, and fellow medical experts across pregnancy, fertility, urology, and mental health to deliver a cohesive, compassionate member experience at global scale.
