IT Core Services runs our workplace, identity, network, datacenter and cloud infrastructure for all SIGVARIS GROUP sites worldwide. This is a global role. As Head of IT Core Services, you set the direction for this area and lead the team that delivers it. You make sure our infrastructure is secure, reliable and cost\-efficient. ### Your responsibilities * Lead the IT Core Services team with its two areas, Workplace \& Identity and Datacenter \& Network, including the team leads and their deputies * Set clear goals, give regular feedback and help each team member grow * Develop the global strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, workplace and cloud, in line with our cloud\-first approach * Own the global Microsoft 365 and workplace environment (M365, Intune/MEM, Teams, telephony, printing, mobile devices) * Own identity and access management (Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, PKI) * Own datacenter and cloud services (Azure and on\-premises, backup and disaster recovery) * Own the global network (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, firewalls, VPN, NAC) * Work closely with the CISO on security operations, risk management and compliance * Manage the budget for the area, including financial planning, license management and cost optimization * Manage key vendors and partners, negotiate contracts and track their performance * Act as service owner for core services * Work closely with other IT teams, the regional organizations and the business ### Your profile * Several years of experience leading infrastructure or workplace teams in an international company * You enjoy leading people. Your team knows where it is going and trusts you. * Experience in a global role with teams in several countries * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, modern workplace technologies and Microsoft licensing * Solid understanding of networks, identity management and IT security * You think strategically and bring your own ideas, but you can also get into the technical details * Experience with budgets, vendor management and cost optimization * You communicate clearly with technical teams as well as with the business * Fluent in and English, French is a plus ### What we offer * Be part of an international company and contribute to people's well\-being with a variety of tasks.
