In this role, you will be an important point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout the shipment process and ensuring that their needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with our internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to smooth transport operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. **Your responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and address their needs by providing accurate and timely information about our services. * Support shipment management from initial handling through to final delivery, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved efficiently. * Assist with the planning, organisation and management of groupage shipments. * Support the preparation, organisation and verification of shipping documentation. * Contribute to the preparation of loading plans and the identification of the most suitable transport solutions. * Coordinate and liaise with Business Unit counterparts within the Raben Group, carriers, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Your profile** * You have completed secondary education or hold a university degree.
