For our client, an asset management company, located in Geneva, we are currently looking for a Senior Onboarding and Compliance specialist .
**Description**
* Manage and coordinate client ( institutional) onboarding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Verify and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is filed for auditing purposes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding\-related issues efficiently.
* Monitor and update client information within internal systems.
* Support the implementation of any process improvements related to onboarding activities.
* Ensure adherence to banking and financial services policies and procedures.
* Provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders on onboarding progress.
**Profile**
* A strong understanding of banking and financial services operations and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in managing client documentation and regulatory processes.
* Detail\-oriented skills with the ability to ensure accuracy in onboarding activities.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and in French.
