The role The OFCI Transportation & Warehousing Manager is a hands-on role that is responsible for smooth and timely logistics flow of OFCI materials, goods, and information within Nebius supply chain and production process. The expeditor will coordinate delivery of goods between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, preventing delays and maintaining project schedules. The successful candidate for this position will have hands-on experience in the logistics space with shipping owner furnished critical components for infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: • Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules. • Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues. • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams. • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status. • Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments. • Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery requirements. Pay Transparency We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
