About the role

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Associate voor ons Real Estate & Construction team in Amsterdam. Over ons team Ons Real Estate team bestaat uit vooraanstaande adviseurs op het gebied van onder meer commerciële vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling en huur, waarbij de advocatuur en het notariaat nauw samenwerken. Je wordt onderdeel van een hecht team waarbij enthousiasme, assertiviteit en gedeeld succes voorop staan. Over de functie De vastgoedpraktijk is een juridisch terrein dat bij uitstek om specialistische juridische kennis vraagt. Als Associate houd je je onder andere bezig met: • alle dimensies van een brede vastgoedpraktijk, te weten vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling, huurrecht, en aanverwante vastgoed gerelateerde rechtsgebieden; • het begeleiden van zowel nationale als internationale cliënten bij onderhandelingen en het adviseren over vastgoedtransacties.
