QA Engineer

What You’ll Do • Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows. • Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines. • Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity, test coverage, and quality outcomes. • Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features. • Analyze test results, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve issues. • Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing. • Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes.   Who You Are • 4+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation of web applications. • Knowledge and experience in C# or Java, API Web Services, REST API. • Proficiency with test design practices and techniques. • Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product quality and continuous improvement. Bonus Points For • Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, financials). • Experience with continuous integration tools (Bamboo) and version control (Git). • Exposure to SQL and database validation. • Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects more efficiently. • Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to strengthen our testing practices, automation frameworks, and product quality .
