No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About the team We’re the AI & Automation Engineering team. Our mission is to make life easier for every internal team through automation, from standalone tools to Operational Hub, the unified platform we’re building to house all the automation tools each department needs. We work directly with Growth, Strategy & Planning, Client Service, Operations, and Data & Solutions (among others), so most of what you build is used by the people you work with every day. The team today is small: a Product Manager, a Full-Stack Engineer, and an AI Implementation Engineer. But the company is growing very fast, and so is our team. About the role We’re looking for AI Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, AI-assisted development, and practical tool-building. You’ll work alongside our existing engineers to design, build, and maintain the internal tools and automated workflows that power day-to-day operations across the company. The work is hands-on and fast-moving: you’ll turn business needs into working solutions using n8n, LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), and AI-assisted development tools like Replit and Claude Code. If you build with AI, want real ownership over features, and want to work closely with the people who use what you build, this is the role for you. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows that automate internal business processes. • Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to keep them reliable, efficient, and easy to maintain. • Develop and launch lightweight internal tools using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Replit. • Integrate systems and services through APIs and webhooks, including LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI. • Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions. • Test tools and workflows, gather user feedback, and deliver improvements as business needs evolve. • Contribute new features to the team’s Operational Hub and collaborate with engineers on technical decisions. • Take ownership of assigned projects, from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing support.
