US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead individual workstreams within our broader business transformation program. You will help support the implementation, development and iteration of workstreams within a program within the overall business transformation strategy. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that improve how the business operates - spanning process redesign, systems implementation, and organizational change; while working closely with the Transformation Lead and business stakeholders to ensure outcomes stick.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
• Translate a transformation charter into a detailed project plan with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
• Run regular status reporting (RYG statuses) and escalate risks and blockers before they become critical
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across Ops, IT, Finance, and other impacted teams
• Maintain project's RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation actions to closure
• Manage resource needs in coordination with the team’s capacity planning process
• Partner with change management resources to ensure adoption, not just technical completion of project deliverables
• Conduct stage reviews and present go/no-go recommendations to the steering committee
• Run post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned for the broader team members
• Oversee implementation, delivery and closure of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and on schedule
• Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, resources required and define any risk management plans
• Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating team members within each initiative
• Lead multiple project streams with successful turnarounds to achieve timelines
• Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans in the event of project delays
• Develop strategies to ensure efficient resource planning and allocation in alignment with the team's strategy
• Apply change management processes to manage stakeholders’ expectations throughout the life cycle of a project, specifically managing changes to a project (added feature/requirements, extended deadline, added budget)
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
• 6+ years of project management experience, ideally including business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects
• 6+ years of experience in managing multiple end-to-end project life cycles
• Preferred experience in Business Transformation projects and implementation experience working with multiple teams to focus on driving financial and operational results including behavioral changes such as design change strategy, assessing stakeholder impact, and organizational readiness
• Identify project risks, prepare contingency and project recovery plans
• Ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of senior stakeholders internally and with outside vendors
• Experience in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiation to delivery
• Proven ability to manage
