- Canada has no single salary bar: the employer usually needs a positive LMIA. Pay at or above the provincial median wage + 20% (e.g. C$36.92/h in Ontario) puts it in the high-wage stream. Canada: Express Entry no longer awards ranking points for job offers (since 25 Mar 2025); a job offer still counts toward Federal Skilled Worker eligibility.

About the role
GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER
Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, consolidating the disconnected tech stack that holds service-based businesses back. Starting with MSPs, we've spent five years perfecting accounts receivable, and we're now expanding into accounts payable, AI-powered analytics, and beyond. We're at an inflection point: closing the loop on money movement and laying the foundation for a platform that will reshape how service businesses operate financially.
We're growing fast, thinking big, and building a global team that wants to be part of something that lasts. We believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and a shared obsession with customer impact. If you're energized by real problems, real customers, and real impact, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on paid media and webinars to turn paid acquisition and webinar programs into dependable sources of qualified demand. You will reach MSPs, IT companies and accounting firms across the United States and Canada, connecting campaigns to successfully completed demos and sales pipeline.
You will report to our Manager, Demand Generation, and own day-to-day paid media and the full webinar program. Our in-house content team creates campaign and webinar assets. You will set briefs, coordinate delivery and use performance insights to guide iteration. Dedicated email and social marketers support promotion. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports.
We are looking for demonstrated success scaling a paid-acquisition or webinar channel in B2B SaaS. Exceptional paid-media expertise is particularly valuable. You should be comfortable explaining the decisions behind your results and using AI agents and automation to improve how you work.
This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada. You must be Toronto-based and able to work our hybrid schedule (in office Mon–Wed).

- Expand the paid-channel portfolio through disciplined experiments. Evaluate Reddit and emerging advertising platforms, including ChatGPT where access and audience fit support a useful test. Define success criteria and recommend which channels to scale.
- Own the full webinar program: plan topics and the calendar, recruit and prepare speakers, host and moderate sessions, manage event operations, and coordinate promotion and follow-up. Grow the cadence from one webinar a month toward two to three per month in 2027.
- Connect webinars to paid and email demand generation. Partner with the email marketer and content team on promotion and nurture, and improve the journey from registration and attendance to a successfully completed demo.
- Build practical AI workflows for audience research, campaign planning, experiment design, program operations, analysis and reporting. Check the quality of the output and share useful workflows with the team.
- Build a strong working relationship with Sales to review demo quality, understand customer objections, coordinate follow-up and use feedback to improve paid campaigns and webinars.
- Work in two-week agile sprints. Prioritize an experiment backlog, coordinate delivery with channel partners, review results and adapt the next sprint based on what you learn.
