We are creating a product and engineering team in Riyadh, in our Saudi Arabia office, to build and develop Alan's products for the Kingdom. This team works hand in hand with our engineers in France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. We build on Alan's proven platform and adapt it to Saudi Arabia: its healthcare system, its regulations, and what its members expect from their health partner. Examples of what you'd work on: - Build the products our members and customers in Saudi Arabia will use, from mobile and web experiences to the systems that power them. - Adapt Alan's shared platform to the Saudi healthcare landscape, including Arabic and right-to-left experiences that feel truly local. - Connect Alan to the local healthcare ecosystem, working with national systems, providers and partners in line with local rules. - Design reliable systems that meet local requirements on data, privacy and compliance. - Be our local technical lead on security: work with our Chief Information Security Officer (or act in that role locally) and our compliance team to apply Saudi cybersecurity and data rules (the Saudi Central Bank Cyber Security Framework, the National Cybersecurity Authority controls, the Personal Data Protection Law) in how we build, and represent engineering in discussions with the regulator on these topics. - Contribute reusable components back to Alan's global platform, so that what we learn in Saudi Arabia benefits every country. - Own critical technical decisions as a domain expert, working side by side with product, operations and local leadership. You'll be joining a growing team at an exciting moment, with a lot of room to shape how Alan is built and run in S
