• Work closely with structural and other engineering disciplines to coordinate designs and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of smaller project teams or defined work packages.
• Support site surveys and construction-stage activities where required.
• Ensure designs meet relevant standards, client requirements and quality processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance and delivery to senior management.
• Contribute to tenders, fee proposals and project planning.
• Build effective relationships with clients, project stakeholders and other disciplines.
• Mentor and support engineers, technicians, graduates and apprentices, sharing technical knowledge and encouraging their development.
• Promote a positive approach to health, safety and quality across project delivery.

• Experience delivering projects within one or more relevant sectors.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues and other project stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and supporting the development of less experienced engineers and technicians.
What you can expect
• Work on varied projects across multiple sectors.
• Take a leading role in technical delivery while continuing to develop your project leadership experience.
• Work alongside experienced civil, structural and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Opportunities to mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
