SAP Functional Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

► Global O2C Process Ownership: Developing innovative concepts and processes within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain specifically for the global distribution of Power Tools. ► Project Execution & Rollouts: Supporting and independently leading global optimization and system rollout projects in close collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, local sales organizations, and internal IT partners. ► Technical Implementation (SAP): Facilitating requirement workshops, drafting specifications, executing SAP ERP implementations, managing testing cycles, and delivering key user support. ► Cross-Functional Coordination: Defining and aligning interfaces between production, sales, logistics/warehousing, and finance. ► Change Management: Driving intensive, proactive communication and change management strategies across global teams. ► Education: University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management. ► Minimum of 5–8 years in management consulting or within the consumer goods industry. ► Strong practical understanding of modern supply chain concepts and end-to-end logistics. ► Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP TM, and integration with modules like LE, MM, or FI. ► Process Excellence: Proven capability to analyze, design, transform, and document complex, large-scale end-to-end processes.
