This is a Remote (US Remote - Central Time Zone preferred) role, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services. In this role, you will lead high-impact, enterprise-level customer deployments of the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform from kickoff through project closure. You will act as the primary trusted advisor and central point of contact during deployment, orchestrating technical resources and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure business outcomes. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of concurrent, complex customer deployments, covering planning, execution, governance, risk management, and formal project sign-off • Lead multiple concurrent customer engagements spanning Zero Trust deployments, legacy security tool migrations, architecture assessments, and ongoing optimization programs • Define, track, and report on deployment success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes • Develop and maintain rigorous project documentation, including project charters, schedules, RAID logs, resource allocations, and regular status reports • Partner closely with internal specialists and customer stakeholders to proactively identify roadblocks, manage escalations, drive operational enablement, and champion AI-driven project management tools Who You Are (Success Profile) • You thrive in ambiguity.
