The Role As International Mobility Lead, you will own and develop our international mobility approach, supporting employees and the business on cross-border moves and assignments. You will act as the key point of contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience, business needs and compliance requirements. What You Will Do • Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end. • Advise HR teams, managers and employees on mobility options and requirements. • Manage and continuously improve mobility policies and processes. • Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers. • Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the mobility journey. • Manage mobility partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery. • Monitor mobility activity and provide relevant reporting and insights. What We're Looking For • Strong experience in International / Global Mobility within an international HR environment. • Good knowledge of mobility topics, including immigration, tax, social security and cross-border employment, benefits. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR teams, managers and employees. • A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple mobility cases and priorities. • A low-ego, team-first mindset What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
