US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Manifold a Division of Lyft, whose purpose is to serve and connect. Together, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and has the opportunity to thrive.
Manifold produces world-class, award-winning experiences globally—from intimate pop-up activations to complex, multi-faceted conferences and large-scale brand experiences. Production is at the heart of bringing those experiences to life, and we believe great production is built on strong partnerships, thoughtful collaboration, and exceptional execution.
We work closely with our Account, Creative, and Operations teams to partner with our clients throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, often becoming an extension of their team. • Strong organization and multitasking skills with a solid grasp of event logistics, production elements, and vendor networks.
• Skilled in building and managing production schedules and full project budgets (estimates, POs, invoices, reconciliation).
• Strong written/verbal communicator; capable of making sound independent decisions and knowing when to escalate issues.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable under pressure, and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings.
• Willing and able to travel and work extended, non-traditional hours for onsite event execution.
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications (or related field) and/or PMP certification/equivalent training.
