About the role
Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, and more. Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access for people around the world.
About the Role
Every day, millions of people around the world open Binance in their own language — and the Language Operations team makes that possible. Each year, we deliver millions of translated words across 40+ languages, from the Binance app and website to global marketing campaigns and crypto educational content. When we launch something new, every market gets it in their own language, at the same time.
This is a hands-on operations role: you'll own the day-to-day flow of ad-hoc translation requests and serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and linguists. Working directly with stakeholders across the company, you'll help build the AI-driven workflows behind a large-scale localization program. It's the perfect fit for someone with a translation or linguistics background who wants to grow into a project management career in localization.
What You'll Do
1.AI & Smart Workflows
• Work in a team that uses AI every day: AI-assisted quality reviews, AI checks for compliance content, and automated quality gates built into our translation tools
• Test new AI features and workflows as we roll them out, and give product developers clear feedback on what works — and what doesn't
• Identify manual steps in your own work and help turn them into automated workflows and AI agents
2.Ad-hoc Translation Requests
• Own one-off translation requests from inquiry to delivery: clarify requirements, brief vendors with the right glossaries, style guides, and reference translations, review deliverables, and hand them back on time
3.Internal Client Support
• Handle first-line troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the right owner
• Keep internal documentation accurate and up to date
4.Linguist & Vendor Support
• Be the day-to-day contact for linguists — answering questions about source content, deadlines, tools, and instructions
• Liaise smoothly between internal teams and external linguists and vendors
5.Growth
• Contribute to broader team projects and take on increasing responsibility as you grow into the role
What We're Looking For
• Final-year student, or graduated within the last 12 months, available full-time
• Degree (in progress or completed) in Translation & Interpretation or Linguistics — a Translation/Interpretation degree is strongly preferred
• Fluent English, written and spoken — you'll write to vendors, linguists, and internal teams every day; fluency in Chinese or other languages Binance supports is a plus
• A genuine service mindset: fast responses, proactive updates, and tasks followed through to the end
• Exceptional organization: you can juggle many requests at once without losing track of a single deadline
• Meticulous attention to detail — you catch a missing language, a broken file, or a wrong deadline before it becomes a problem
• Working knowledge of how translation memory, glossaries, and style guides are used in professional translation
• Comfort with common file formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF; JSON/XML a plus)
• Hands-on experience with CAT tools (e.g., Trados, memoQ, Phrase) or a TMS is a plus
• Sound judgment on when to solve something yourself and when to escalate
• Confident working remotely with chat-based
