Evolve Peptides is a US-based e-commerce company supplying research peptides to researchers and laboratories across the United States. Every batch is third-party tested, orders ship same day from our fulfillment center in Florida, and the whole operation runs on a small, fast-moving remote team.
We are hiring an Operations Support Specialist to keep orders, inventory, customer chats and automations running smoothly every day. You will work directly with the founders and our operations team.
The basics
โข Pay: $12 USD per hour
โข Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US Eastern business hours (9-5)
โข Engagement: Independent contractor, long-term
โข Location: Fully remote. We are only considering candidates based in South Africa, Latin America, or Eastern Europe.
Key responsibilities
โข Coordinate order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations
โข Manage client chats, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, professional customer support
โข Maintain order trackers, inventory records, and CRM data
โข Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and assist with monthly inventory projections
โข Create product labels and manage product information across ordering platforms
โข Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automated workflows using Zapier
โข Update online order forms, product mappings, and WooCommerce listings
โข Investigate shipping issues, returns, and fulfillment discrepancies
โข Assist operations and account managers with administrative tasks and special projects
โข Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
Qualifications
โข Previous experience in operations support, e-commerce, fulfillment, customer support, or a similar role
โข Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
โข Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
โข Experience with Zapier, WooCommerce, Canva, or similar platforms preferred
โข Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
โข Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new systems
โข Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
โข Excellent written English
โข Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
