The Executive Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring a smooth interview process for executive candidates interviewing with Capital One. This is a highly visible role requiring autonomy, problem-solving skills and professionalism.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Partner on a daily basis with Executive recruiters to provide coordination support • Exercise proactive, detailed and accurate calendar management for the executive with minimal direction • Facilitate candidate interviews and ensure a positive experience • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal clients and hiring managers at all levels • Act as a logistical point of contact for executives, interviewers, and candidates; liaise with direct reports, executive leadership team, and executive assistants • Effectively prioritize incoming communications and requests such as phone inquiries, e-mail, and in-person requests • Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs   The ideal candidate for this role is: • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal clients, and hiring managers at all levels • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and influence skills • Exhibit a high level of personal ownership and confidentiality • Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change • Proven problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills • Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements • Exercise proactive, detailed, and accurate calendar management This is a visible role with the ability to impact change across the company and drive meaningful solutions. To do this you will: • Be a dynamic communicator • Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment • Build and maintain strong relationships with business participants and administrative professionals Basic Qualifications • Associate's Degree or Military experience • At least 1 year of experience within Human Resources  Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate, legal, human resources, or case management role • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite    At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
