Your Impact This role can be based in either our Timișoara or Bucharest office in Romania and follows a hybrid work schedule.This role is based out of our Bucharest office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success. • Contribute to engineering architecture design reviews, incorporating AI-driven insights and system modeling • Work to a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including high quality execution of AI-generated code and patterns • Contribute to adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization • Work across teams with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions • Improve your engineering workflows by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into planning and execution • Build services that adhere to high standards on availability and latency in a mission-critical environment • Leverage AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency What You Bring • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems • Backend service experience in multiple managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar • Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores • Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows • Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to improve developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency Don’t meet every single requirement?
