Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
As a Learning Partner on Everpure's Talent Transformation team, you will drive enterprise capability building by turning business priorities into high-impact learning experiences across APJ. Working directly with subject matter experts, regional HR leaders, and functional executives, you will architect, deliver, and continuously optimize end-to-end learning solutions that accelerate employee growth and performance. This role differentiates itself by combining strategic stakeholder alignment with hands-on content creation, session facilitation, and program scaling. You will serve as the core L&D engine for regional enablement, directly connecting workforce development to business transformation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and Launch Scalable Learning Programs: Architect and produce high-impact learning assets, facilitator guides, and multi-modal experiences for enterprise-wide L&D initiatives, leveraging modern learning technologies, collaboration platforms, and AI-driven tools to expand reach and engagement across regions.
• Drive Regional Alignment and Localization: Partner closely with regional HR partners and business leaders across APJ to translate local L&D needs into actionable program adaptations, ensuring consistent enterprise quality while tailoring delivery to local cultural and market contexts.
• Facilitate and Deliver High-Impact Sessions: Lead virtual, hybrid, and in-person workshops, leadership development cohorts, and manager enablement programs, providing expert facilitation and coaching regional co-facilitators to ensure seamless execution.
• Measure and Optimize Program Impact: Establish robust evaluation frameworks and success KPIs (tracking adoption, skill application, and business performance metrics) to run a continuous design–deliver–measure–improve loop that elevates program quality and operational effectiveness.
• Manage End-to-End Program Delivery: Own the operational execution of global talent initiatives, overseeing end-to-end scheduling, participant communications, pilot testing, version control, and stakeholder updates.
WHAT YOU BRING
• End-to-End L&D Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrated success leading every phase of the learning lifecycle—from needs analysis and curriculum design to facilitation, logistics, and impact evaluation—within a global or multi-regional matrixed organization.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Cross-Cultural Influence: Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional business partners, regional HR leaders, and technical subject matter experts, tailoring complex enterprise concepts into clear, engaging learning solutions across diverse global teams.
• Facilitation & Content Creation Capabilities: Advanced skills in instructional design, written communication, and live session facilitation across virtual, hybrid, and classroom environments, with a track record of translating complex business concepts into engaging content.
• Digital Fluency & Continuous Innovation: Hands-on experience utilizing learning management systems (LMS), digital collaboration tools, and emerging AI-enabled learning technologies to automate workflows, personalize learning paths, and optimize program delivery.
