At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale. As a Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience. You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community. Prevention, care and insurance should work as one, so that every member has a health partner before they get sick, not just after. - We particularly you start by bringing the full ecosystem of our health services to life for our Belgian customers ⭐️ THE CHALLENGE We are looking for entrepreneurs in the mindset with a strong operational background to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare, and deeply re-engineer the experience we offer to our members . Here are some examples of missions that you could lead: - Launch Mo in Belgium Bring our AI medical assistant to Belgium in French and Dutch, with Belgian doctors shaping its answers and taking over when a human is needed. - Advanced prevention for everyone: Generalise advanced blood tests paired with AI health plans into a service every member can easily a
