We are hiring Product Managers across several teams in Los Angeles and Phoenix, spanning mid-level and senior roles. While each team has its own focus area, we look for the same foundational qualities across all of them: strong product instincts, a data-driven mindset, an AI-first approach to work, and the drive to own outcomes end to end. The Teams Depending on your background and interests, you may be considered for one or more of the following teams: • Nurture : Lead nurture communications on an AI-first team, guiding customers from early interest through purchase using machine learning, personalization, and experimentation across email, SMS, and push. • Inventory Workforce and Vehicle Management : Support the design and development of a new collection of AI and Machine Learning vehicle routing and advanced manufacturing solutions. The goal, automate the entire reconditioning process while optimizing for speed, cost and quality. What you’ll be doing While responsibilities vary by team, all roles share a common set of expectations: • Drive the product roadmap and lead end-to-end product development informed by customer research, analytics, and business needs. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and ship high-impact initiatives. • Own experimentation and measurement, actively interpreting results and translating insights into continuous product improvements. • Apply AI tools as a core part of how you work, accelerating research, synthesis, prototyping, and day-to-day execution. • Write clear requirements, project briefs, and docum
