About the role

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE As a Learning Partner on the Talent Transformation team, you will shape and deliver the central learning experiences that empower Everpure™ employees to grow, innovate, and succeed worldwide. You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on designer, collaborating directly with regional HR leaders, subject matter experts, and global business units to translate evolving organizational needs into high-impact enablement programs. Sitting at the intersection of instructional design, program management, and regional enablement, you will ensure our global learning strategy is seamlessly localized and delivered across EMEA. If you are driven by connecting employee development to measurable business outcomes in a hyper-growth enterprise environment, this role provides the platform to make a lasting global impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Architect Enterprise Learning Content: Design and develop engaging, scalable learning programs, facilitator guides, and participant assets for core employee initiatives, integrating AI-enabled tools, modern LMS platforms, and interactive learning tech. • Drive End-to-End Program Ownership: Own the continuous design-deliver-measure-improve lifecycle for centrally managed programs—tracking enrollment, learner feedback, and application metrics to refresh, scale, and optimize offerings. • Localize & Enable Regional Execution: Partner closely with regional HR and APJ/EMEA business stakeholders to adapt enterprise learning solutions to local market contexts while maintaining brand and instructional consistency. • Facilitate High-Impact Learning Experiences: Lead virtual, hybrid, and in-person workshops and cohort-based manager programs, while coaching regional guest facilitators on delivery, materials, and session execution. • Streamline Program Delivery Operations: Manage complete program logistics, communication schedules, cohort enrollment workflows, and executive updates to ensure flawless execution across global sites. WHAT YOU BRING • Learning Program Design & Delivery: Deep functional mastery in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with a track record of designing, building, and facilitating end-to-end enablement programs for diverse, global audiences. • Stakeholder Partnership & Needs Analysis: Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and regional HR teams to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact learning experiences. • Cross-Cultural Agility & Program Execution: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple global project workstreams under tight timelines, adapting global enterprise programs for multicultural audiences across EMEA. • Presentation & Enablement Mastery: Outstanding written communication, editing, and facilitation capabilities, with a talent for synthesizing complex ideas into simple, engaging learning materials while leveraging modern LMS platforms and AI content tools to elevate program reach. • Digital Tooling & Analytical Curiosity: Practical fluency with modern learning technologies (LMS platforms, virtual facilitation tools, and AI-enabled content tools), coupled with a data-informed approach to measuring program effectiveness.
