Cost Manager MEP / Ingénieur Etude de prix MEP - Data Center

Turner & Townsend recherche un(e) Cost Manager MEP  (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) pour accompagner la réalisation de projets de Data Centers à forte technicité pour des clients internationaux. Vos missions • Élaborer les estimations, budgets et plans de coûts des lots MEP tout au long du projet. • Analyser les coûts, les risques, l'inflation et les opportunités d'optimisation. • Apporter un conseil technico-financier sur les systèmes MEP (HT/BT, UPS, groupes électrogènes, refroidissement, BMS, EPMS, ICT, sécurité incendie). • Participer aux appels d'offres, à l'analyse des offres et aux négociations. • Assurer le suivi financier des projets : reporting, prévisions de trésorerie et gestion des changements. • Accompagner les clients dans la prise de décision et la maîtrise de leurs investissements. • Collaborer avec les équipes de conception, les entreprises de travaux et les autres parties prenantes du projet. Expérience significative en Cost Management, Estimation ou Économie de la Construction sur des projets MEP. • Bonne connaissance des environnements Data Centers , infrastructures critiques ou projets industriels complexes. • Maîtrise des outils de chiffrage et d'analyse financière (Excel avancé, CostX est un plus). • Solides compétences analytiques, relationnelles et de gestion des parties prenantes. • Diplôme d'ingénieur, économiste de la construction ou équivalent. Atouts : • Expérience sur des projets de Data Centers hyperscale ou colocation. • Connaissance des processus BIM et des méthodes de Value Engineering. • Expérience dans un environnement international.
