Professional Medical Representative (Biosimilars/Resyniv) - Surabaya

This is a new exciting opportunity to join our growing Biosimilars team!   What You'll Do • Achieve sales targets and maximize hospital coverage. • Conduct effective sales calls and maintain customer records. • Build and maintain relationships with specialist physicians, hospital pharmacists, procurement/formulary committees, and KOLs. • Develop key hospital accounts and identify new business opportunities. • Support formulary listing and tender activities with Market Access and Sales teams. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence. • Ensure company strategies and compliance standards are consistently implemented.   Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medical, or related healthcare field. • Minimum 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience • Experienced working with hospitals and specialists • Experience in biosimilars, oncology, orthopedy, rheumatology, immunology, hematology, or specialty care is preferred. • Strong track record in sales achievement and account management. • Good communication, relationship-building, and computer literacy skills.   Location This position is based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
