• Serve as a trusted advisor during periods of significant expansion, supporting the integration of new business units, international growth, and increasing organizational maturity.
• Continuously assess organizational health, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration, agility, innovation, and execution across the technology and R&D landscape.

• Significant experience supporting rapid organizational scaling, international growth, and complex transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success leading the people side of mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration activities.
• Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and strategic talent management.
• Ability to influence senior executives and challenge decision-making through a highly consultative and data-driven approach.
• Deep understanding of how world-class R&D organizations operate and evolve through different phases of growth and maturity.
