About the role
About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how their operations function and turn real-world needs into reliable production systems.
What You'll Do
• Work alongside customer operations teams to understand certification, inspection, and compliance processes.
• Lead customer conversations, document requirements, and build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data, and model layers.
• Own product areas from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with company leadership.
• Ship software early, observe how users work with it, and improve it based on feedback.
• Use judgment to distinguish broadly useful product needs from one-off requests.
• Analyze customer documents, conversations, and outputs to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
What We're Looking For
• Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with systems shipped to production users.
• Full-stack development experience, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup or founding engineering environment.
• Comfort working directly with customers and translating operational workflows into software.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to work on-site with customers and the team.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. UK visa sponsorship is available.
