Logistics Innovation Coordinator

Continuous Improvement & Performance Management • Leads and drives logistic projects and process optimization activities across all logistic functions • Reviews, challenges, and prioritizes logistics improvement projects together with Value Stream, Logistics, and Factory Management. • Drives transparency of logistics performance through KPI management, operational reviews, and performance dashboards. • Promotes data-driven decision-making using logistics analytics and performance monitoring tools. Logistics Innovation & Digital Transformation • Leads digitalization initiatives within logistics, including automation, smart warehousing, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 solutions. • Evaluates and pilots emerging technologies to support future logistics and supply chain requirements. • Supports implementation of automation projects, AGV concepts, material flow simulations, and logistics IT solutions. Leadership, Coaching & Change Management • Challenges existing processes and organizational practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. • Leads cross-functional teams and facilitates alignment across logistics, production, quality, purchasing, and planning functions. • Acts as a change agent supporting organizational transformation and sustainable implementation of new logistics concepts. • Builds organizational capabilities by planning and driving logistics training programs and qualification initiatives.  Logistics Governance & Standards • Ensures implementation, compliance, and continuous enhancement of logistics standards, methods, and best practices. • Leads logistics assessments and maturity evaluations, defines improvement actions, and drives execution of resulting measures. • Ensures compliance with Bosch logistics standards, customer requirements, and internal regulations. S/4HANA & Logistics Transformation • Acts as the Lead for logistic topics within S/4HANA implementation and transformation. • Defines logistic requirements and ensures alignment of S/4HANA solutions with operational needs and Bosch standards. • Drives logistics process harmonization, standardization, and best-practice implementation through S/4HANA. • Leads logistics workstreams during S/4HANA deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements. • Ensures successful migration, testing, validation, and stabilization of logistics processes within S/4HANA. • Drives continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes enabled by S/4HANA capabilities. • Leadership experience. • Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. • Experience in supply chain and logistics coordination. • Attention to details. • Ability to multitask efficiently. • Knowledge of logistics software. • Great communication skills. • Critical thinking abilities. • Problem solving skills.
