About the role
1.参与重要项目液压解决方案的制定;
2.理解博世力士乐液压设计理念,掌握元件选型技能,参与方案设计,产品迭代等技术支持工作
3.参与大型项目,重要机型的现场样机测试,调试,交付；
4.推动博世力士乐最新电液理念在行业内的推广与发展；
5.参与重要项目的项目管理工作.
6.深入业务一线,理清行业内客户痛点,并整理为行业市场调研报告；
1.机械/液压(通常流体类)/电气背景(有液压基础) 硕士及以上 学历；
2.液压系统设计能力,并掌握机械设计软件基础(CAD, 3D建模更佳)
3.英语流利（CET-6或同等）
4.沟通能力强, 协作能力强.具有领导力, 对团队成员产生正向影响.

1.有电液系统,运动控制系统的设计经验,并熟练掌握CAE相关软件
2.有电液系统仿真或流体仿真经验,熟悉MATLAB/Simulink/SimulationX等仿真软件
3.有单独负责管理300万+项目的经验
4.对伺服驱动,数字孪生,智能制造等领域有相关知识储备及实践经验
