Process Documentation & Mapping ·         Create end-to-end process maps and workflow documentation. ·         Develop SOPs, desk procedures, RACI matrices, and control narratives. ·         Maintain a centralized process documentation repository. ·         Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process inefficiencies. Systems Documentation (XIFIN, Great Plains ERP, and Other Platforms) ·         Lead documentation for Finance of XIFIN workflows, configurations, interfaces, reports, and user access. ·         Document key system dependencies across Finance, Operations, and Revenue Cycle. ·         Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve system controls and workflow efficiency. ·         Establish standards for ongoing system documentation and change control.     Required Qualifications   • Bachelor’s degree • At least 4 years of relevant experience   Preferred Qualifications • Preferred: A CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential   Apply Now Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
