Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.   What You’ll Work On:   • Keep Equipment Running: Perform repairs and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment and plant utility systems, including dryers, fillers, case packers, palletizers, sleevers, and labelers. • Electrical Expertise: Install and repair electric motors, wiring, fuses, and motor protection systems; troubleshoot AC drive systems and PLCs using schematics and diagnostic tools. • Precision Maintenance: Replace seals, bearings, gears, belts, and other components; perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on sensors, motors, and control devices. • Fabrication & Welding: Weld stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum; fabricate guards and parts using lathes, mills, and plasma cutters. • Predictive Maintenance: Use advanced tools like thermography, ultrasonic testing, and vibration analysis to prevent failures. • Collaborate & Improve: Work with engineering and operations to implement design changes and improve operator care initiatives. • Safety & C
