From Data and AI to Finance, People platforms, Analytics and CRM, these programmes are critical to our future. We're looking for a Transformation Manager to help drive delivery excellence across this portfolio, ensuring initiatives are well governed, insight-led and positioned for success with senior leadership. What you'll be doing: Drive effective transformation delivery • Support Project, Programme and Portfolio Managers with planning, coordination, tracking and delivery management activities. • Apply consistent governance standards, frameworks and controls across multiple initiatives. • Ensure programmes are operating with clear plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery oversight. • Support stage-gate reviews and governance processes to ensure initiatives progress successfully through key decision points. Provide meaningful reporting and insight • Maintain benefits tracking, resource planning, financial oversight and success measures. • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, demand and change activities across the portfolio. • Produce high-quality reporting, dashboards and executive materials that provide clear delivery insight. • Ensure programme data is accurate, current and supports effective decision-making. Support senior stakeholder governance • Coordinate governance cycles, executive reporting, leadership updates and decision forums. • Prepare high-quality materials for senior leaders, including ExCo-level reporting and presentations. • Track actions, decisions and escalations to ensure accountability and timely resolution. • Partner with Finance, Transformation, Technology and business stakeholders to support successful programme outcomes. • Translate complex programme information into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership audiences. Strengthen portfolio operations • Maintain documentation, reporting repositories and delivery artefacts. • Support portfolio planning and book-of-work management activities. • Drive adherence to PMO processes, standards and governance frameworks. • Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira, Planview, Wrike or similar platforms to enhance delivery visibility and reporting.
