US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Director — Audience Network About InMobi InMobi is a full-stack mobile technology company — we own the audience data, the publisher supply, the DSP, and the consumer surfaces. Through our publisher SDK network (40,000+ apps globally), InMobi CDP, InMobi DSP, Glance AI lockscreen, and 1Weather, we power advertising and monetization for some of the world's largest media and consumer businesses. We're not a vendor — we're a transparent partner with skin in the game, taking performance risk alongside the platforms we work with. The Opportunity A set of scaled consumer platforms have built meaningful advertising businesses on their own properties in recent years. The natural next step is extending that reach beyond their own environments — in a way that keeps the platform in control of its data, its customer relationships, and its economics. InMobi's Audience Network is built to make that step straightforward. We're hiring a senior commercial leader in the US to open these doors and close these partnerships. Overview of the Role This is a senior individual contributor and business development role with a clear mandate: identify, engage, and close Audience Network partnerships with large US consumer platforms across commerce, travel, mobility and payments. You will be selling to CXOs — CEOs, CROs, Chief Digital Officers, and the GMs who own advertising P&Ls — at companies whose primary business is not advertising. These are complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder deals spanning ads leadership, data and engineering, finance, and legal/privacy. The conversation is as much about business transformation and data governance as it is about technology. You will own the full cycle from first conversation to signed agreement, supported by InMobi's product, data science, and solutions teams. What You'll Do • Build and own the pipeline of US consumer platforms with established advertising businesses — a small, well-defined set of high-value target accounts. • Lead CXO-level conversations framing the partnership as an incremental, outcome-based revenue stream that protects the platform's data advantage rather than leaking it. • Construct the commercial model deal by deal — outcome-based ec
