About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with team members to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products. • Understand business scenarios and technical designs to create comprehensive and effective test cases. • Contribute to test automation using existing frameworks or develop scripts to improve testing efficiency. • Execute test plans and identify issues through manual and automated testing. • Track defects through resolution and actively participate in project activities to ensure timely delivery. • Understand project dependencies and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. Requirements • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. • Familiarity with Linux, basic database operations, or cloud services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective verbal and written communication abilities. • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Previous experience in software development or testing is a plus.
