About the Role We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer with expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture. The engineers would be involved in developing a product that helps Retailers transform their Retail Media business in a way that helps them achieve maximum ad revenue and enable massive scale. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You'll combine strong technical expertise with a customer-first mindset, helping create innovative products that drive measurable business value. What We're Looking For You'll bring a strong software engineering foundation and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. • Experience developing and delivering scalable software applications in a modern engineering environment. • 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, focusing on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with expertise in developing RESTful APIs and • Drive code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and SOLID • Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform C Azure), implementing cloud-native best practices for scalability, security, and resilience. • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm). • Strong focus on non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance tuning, observability (monitoring/logging/alerting), and security best practices. • Experience implementing unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing • Proficiency in CI/CD automation, with experience in GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar). • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best What You Can Expect From Us We won't just meet your expectations.
