Team Lead Roadside Assistance 24/7 Cockpit (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to head our Roadside 24/7 Cockpit Team of 15 to 20 Coordinators. The cockpit is the central control layer of our follow-the-sun roadside model: it monitors live assistance cases and partner performance in real time across our Corporate Countries (FR, IT, BENELUX, ES, UK, DACH, and US/CA), stepping in on critical cases. You will ensure our customers receive prompt, professional assistance whenever they need it, working cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to protect our fleet and deliver premium Customer Service. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT • You lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 to 20 Coordinators, including shift planning and ensuring 24/7 coverage • You monitor overall operational performance via the centralized cockpit dashboard • You act as the escalation point for complex cases and support the coordination of cross-country cases • You coordinate with local service providers and act as the interface to other departments • You identify patterns and anomalies to proactively address potential risks YOUR SKILLS MATTER • Leadership You bring experience leading or coaching a team, ideally in a shift-based or 24/7 operation, with a motivating and hands-on style • Background You have customer service experience with a focus on Roadside Assistance • Industry Knowledge You have a strong understanding of automotive systems, towing procedures, and roadside assistance best practices • Organizational Skills You are proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to spot patterns and anomalies • Technical Skills You are comfortable working with cross-functional data, dashboards, and real-time monitoring tools • Decision-Making You have strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under time pressure • Working Style You bring flexibility to work Monday to Sunday (your own role is not a 24/7 shift role), with presence in the Lisbon office • Languages You are fluent in English and French; Spanish and Italian are a plus WHAT WE OFFER • The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs — Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações — are where you'll find your new home base.
