About the role

Location: UK, central Europe, and Latin America Remote | Full-time Compensation: Competitive Compensation Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time Product Designer to shape the core user experience of their trend intelligence platform. In this role, the designer will play a key part in designing and evolving the platform’s primary dashboard—where brand innovation teams, product marketers, social media teams, and agencies explore trends, generate reports, and interact with LLM-powered features. As the platform rebuilds around LLM-driven capabilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining not just how features look, but how complex data and AI experiences should function. The primary focus is transforming dense, aggregated trend data into clear, intuitive, and actionable insights. This position joins a close-knit Frontend & UX team reporting directly to the Frontend Lead. The role is 100% remote and open to candidates based between US Central Time (UTC−6) and Central European Time (UTC+1). Candidates must be available during core collaboration hours of 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (2:00 PM–5:00 PM UK / 3:00 PM–6:00 PM CET). Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Product Design: Own features from initial framing to final launch, partnering closely with engineering leadership to deliver written proposals, user flows, prototypes, and Figma specifications. • Problem Identification & Solution Design: Independently identify user pain points through customer calls, interviews, user feedback, and usage data to build compelling product proposals. • AI & LLM Experience Design: Define user interactions for AI features (chat, automated reports, inline summaries), establish standards for insight attribution and uncertainty handling, and help refine the voice and structure of AI-generated content. • Design System Management: Own the principles and Figma library for the design system, partnering with frontend engineers to align with the React component library and establish robust data visualization and AI UX patterns. • UX Quality & Feedback Loops: Co-own product metrics, user feedback tracking, and quality evaluation rubrics for LLM outputs alongside the Frontend Lead. Note: This position focuses strictly on product/UI/UX design. It does not involve writing production code, managing brand/marketing assets, or overseeing back-end API integrations. Requirements • Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of product design experience, ideally owning features end-to-end within a B2B or SaaS platform. • Product Thinking: Strong strategic perspective with a proven ability to define what to build and why , backed by a portfolio demonstrating strong problem-framing abilities. • Domain Focus: Experience designing data-heavy products, such as dashboards, analytics platforms, or reporting tools. • Design Systems: Proven track record of working within and contributing to scalable design component libraries. • Tools & AI Integration: High proficiency in Figma, with active integration of AI tools into day-to-day design workflows and a strong curiosity regarding LLM product experiences. • Communication: Excellent written English skills, capable of producing clear proposals and documentation in an asynchronous remote environment. • Schedule: Location within UTC−6 to UTC+1, with full availability during core collaboration hours (9:00 AM–12:00 PM EST). • • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) • Experience as the founding or primary designer on a product team. • Hands-on experience building or evolving design systems adopted by engineering teams. • Direct experience designing AI features or creating evaluation rubrics for LLM output quality. • Expertise in advanced data visualization patterns. • Familiarity wit
