About this team and role
Firefox Enterprise is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a major part of our 2027 product roadmap as we grow from our first release into a multi-product enterprise offering. This is a high-impact role for someone who has taken enterprise security products from zero to one. You will set direction, align engineering, design and go-to-market partners, and deliver.
This role is ideal for someone who can work across teams with empathy, build trust with a wide range of partners, and move work forward in a practical, low-ego way. You will join a small product team, and work closely with engineering, security, legal, sales and customers, including our first enterprise pilots. You do not need to know browsers inside out, but you do need to bring structure to ambiguity, make clear product decisions, and follow through.
What You’ll Do
• Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream in 2027, starting with our hosted offering alongside the existing on-premise solution
• Define requirements, success metrics and release plans, and work with engineering, design, security and infrastructure teams to ship them
• Work with pilot customers and prospects, including IT, security and compliance teams, to understand their deployment needs and turn them into prioritized product decisions
• Partner with sales, legal, finance and support on packaging, pricing inputs, go-to-market readiness and compliance
• Contribute to a single cross-workstream roadmap, keeping dependencies, timelines and trade-offs visible to leadership and stakeholders
• Take on new scope as the portfolio grows, including Thunderbird Enterprise and AI-related enterprise capabilities, and help mentor teammates and establish product practices
• Champion Mozilla’s values in every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products (such as identity, endpoint or infrastructure security) from definition through launch
• Experience owning a hosted or SaaS security product, including data residency and operational requirements
• Experience dealing with public sector organizations, with a working understanding of sovereignty requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate nuanced topics to different audiences
• A strong track record of execution and follow-through; you are someone who helps teams turn ideas into action
• Comfort with ambiguity, and experience setting direction for new products or markets
• Experience working with engineering, design, security, legal and go-to-market teams to deliver cross-functional programs with strong outcomes
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, such as IT and security teams, and turning their needs into prioritized product dec
