Schlüpft in die Rolle von Strategieberater:innen und entwickelt Lösungen für eine traditionsreiche Elektronikmarke, die trotz ihrer starken Marktposition mit sinkender Profitabilität zu kämpfen hat. Gemeinsam analysiert ihr die Ursachen des Gewinnrückgangs, identifiziert strategische Hebel zur Verbesserung und erarbeitet eine zukunftsfähige Wachstumsstrategie.
Während der Fallbearbeitung stehen euch erfahrene Berater:innen von Roland Berger zur Seite. Anschließend präsentiert ihr eure Ergebnisse und erhaltet wertvolles Feedback.
Den Abend lassen wir bei einem gemeinsamen Dinner und Networking ausklingen.
