Are you ready to shape the future of a high-impact respiratory medicine brand in Ireland? As Brand and Customer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in turning insight, science and strategy into meaningful outcomes for patients, customers and the health system. This is the senior-most Brand Management position in our Irish organisation, based in College Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin, with hybrid field and office working and regular travel across Ireland. Working at the heart of a collaborative cross-functional team, you will help develop and deliver an ambitious, insight-led Brand Strategy Plan and strategic account plans. You will partner with Sales, Medical, Market Access, IBEX, Diagnostics, Regulatory and commercial colleagues to translate customer needs and market opportunities into focused choices, compelling campaigns and measurable growth.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role that brings together brand strategy, launch excellence, multichannel marketing, forecasting and meaningful customer engagement. You will build trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals, influencers and decision-makers, use data to sharpen execution, and create partnerships that help raise standards of care.
In everything you do, you will be expected to live the AstraZeneca values, do the right thing and bring integrity, accountability and sound judgement to every decision and interaction. It is an opportunity to see your thinking move from strategy to action, account by account.

Adapt global strategy to the Irish market, identify opportunities through market and customer insight, and translate the plan into clear priorities and effective execution.
• Campaign Development and Localisation: Create or localise engaging, multi-format promotional campaigns and materials aligned with the Brand Strategy Plan and account needs. Ensure high-quality, timely rollout across priority accounts and channels, combining creativity, scientific rigour and strong commercial judgement.
• Key Account Management and Customer Engagement: Develop and execute robust strategic account plans that deliver customer value and business growth. Engage effectively with key influencers, prescribers and decision-makers, including consultants, specialist registrars, specialist nurses and pharmacists, to understand local needs, strengthen partnerships and support appropriate brand adoption.
• Forecasting and Budget Ownership: Support brand sales forecasts across PB, RBU2 and MTP cycles, and manage the annual brand marketing budget. Track performance, identify risks and opportunities early, course-correct when needed, and communicate the outlook with clarity and precision.
• Insight-Driven Execution: Use customer insight, market intelligence and performance data to guide targeting, segmentation, account planning and tactical execution. Continuously assess impact and feed learning back into propositions, campaigns and future priorities.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Lead creative agencies, market research partners, meeting providers and other external vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Compliance and Approvals: Lead the promotional asset approval process with cross-functional partners and ensure every activity meets relevant internal standards, external requirements and the IPHA Code.
• Launch Excellence and Collaboration: Deliver launch and brand priorities to time and budget.
