Our Enterprise Value Creation practice in London is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team.
Expectations of value have changed. The EVC team helps clients achieve sustainable P&L improvement, addressing short-term financial priorities while building long-term value for shareholders. • Build financial models and cost analyses (e.g. spend analysis, cost-to-serve, benchmarking) that turn data into clear, practical recommendations
• Contribute to the design and delivery of cost and margin improvement programmes, from diagnostic through to implementation
• Track and report the value delivered, helping clients ensure savings are realised and sustained
• Help clients build their own capability through knowledge transfer, so that improvements last
• Work closely with colleagues across Baringa to bring the right expertise to each client
• Support the development of more junior colleagues and contribute to growing the London EVC team
