About the role

About SeeSicht Gmbh SeeSicht is a small family office of AI-first companies. We build companies that are profitable today and keep them for the long term — not a venture builder chasing funding rounds. Every project is funded 100% by me or by me and my network. No investor search, no fundraising rounds. Your first months at SeeSicht Gmbh You will take on core business development tasks, working alongside experienced team members to support company initiatives. Through daily operations, you will learn how the business scales and manage assigned projects within a hybrid work environment. What you will do • You execute. I bring the ideas, the network and the money — you turn them into real products, pages, campaigns and processes. • You build and test the way we always do it: build a sellable prototype (CHF 100–1,000), test it on the market with Facebook ads (CHF 5,000–10,000), build the product fully (CHF 10,000–20,000), then launch with real marketing spend. • MyBikePlan is the proof: 2019 idea, one-week website, one week of Facebook marketing, CHF 500 invested → 30 pre-orders. 2020 launch with CHF 1M in the first year, 2021 team, 2025 sold close to CHF 20M. The playbook is set — you run it on new projects. • Current projects: Fairbroker.ch (AI insurance broker, market test now, live Q1 2027), a kettlebell workout app (52-card deck, early prototype, suppliers in China secured), and Glanzio (B2B store-window cleaning, launch test Q1 2027). The timeline — how it works • Months 1–12 — the internship: CHF 2,500/month, full-time, paid, and inside that year up to 10% of the profit of the project/company you work on. • From month 13 — the stake: the internship is over and you get a stake in the company, up to 10% equity, with a base salary of at least CHF 5,000/month — plus the up to 10% profit share on top. If a project becomes a real company, a senior position is possible, depending on how you develop. What you get from day 1 • All the AI tools • A company laptop • A place to work and a structure from day 1 • Me, coaching and strategising side by side with you Who we're looking for (requirements) • You're finishing or just finished university. • Two of these skills are genuinely strong, the rest you understand and want to grow: marketing, operations/service design, design, UX, AI usage. • You work the way we work: Lovable, Claude and Airtable — that's the whole stack. If something is missing, you say why and it gets added. • You're transparent, fast and smart. Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
