About the role
1、负责智能工厂 AI 大脑（AI Brain/Agent）的知识治理与应用开发，构建可查询、可追溯的智能问答与协作能力；
2、负责排产/排班等计划优化方案的设计与验证，梳理关键业务规则与数据定义，用数据对比评估改进效果；
3、与制造、物流、IT 等跨职能团队合作，将业务需求转化为可落地的数字化方案；
4、参与 AI 与运筹优化前沿方法的调研与试点，推动其在真实生产场景中的应用；
5、调试和解决系统问题，记录方案设计、开发与测试过程。
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、工业工程、运筹优化等相关专业；
2、熟悉大模型/LLM 应用开发或运筹优化方法者优先；
3、具备良好的数据处理与编程能力（Python/SQL）者优先；
4、有智能制造、排产排班或工厂业务知识背景者优先；
5、具备良好的英语读写能力与文档撰写能力；
6、学习能力强，对工业数字化与 AI 技术有热情，认同博世企业文化。
